Gongs & Bowls Meditation returns to the Altona Grange Hall

Please join Elena & Khabu every first Monday of each month in a world of sounds that will embrace & surprise you. Doors open at 6:30 to settle in. We begin promptly at 7pm. Bring your own mat/cushions to recline. Chairs provided. Donations welcomed.

Elena and Khabu are seasoned musicians, improvisers and composers and have been making music together since 2009. Their approach to playing, and their natural curiosity, eventually brought them into the world of sounds that Khabu’s gongs and Elena’s crystal singing bowls create in a continuous exploration of intertwining vibrations and new atmospheres. 

Sit back, relax, and let the music take you on a journey that will nourish your spirit and ease your mind.
