💙 A Fundraiser for Healing
This event supports Khabu’s final stages of treatment for a long-undetected gum infection, which is requiring $40K in emergency dental surgery to heal the source. Now, he needs your help to complete the treatment and restore his oral health fully. Halfway there, let’s finish this together.

Support Khabu’s Dental Surgery Fund

Last summer I discovered that I had a raging gum infection, and needed surgery ASAP. Additionally, for the long term health of my mouth, six teeth were also extracted along with bone grafting. This first surgery happened in November. Now my gums and jaw bone have healed sufficiently for the next surgery in two weeks. There will be a third and final surgery this August, and by the end of the year, I will have permanent implants in place. So far, the community has helped me come up with nearly half of the total cost of $40k. I’m feeling so much better already as I recover my health. Thank you for all the support! This has been a very humbling journey, and also an inspiration to show up with my gifts and help others in return.

KE DUO @ Muse Performance Space

The dual force of Elena Camerin Young and Khabu Doug Young is a living conversation in sound—restless, intuitive, and deeply creative. Their music thrives on interplay: ideas collide, dissolve, and re-emerge in real time, blurring the line between composition and spontaneous invention. Each artist brings a distinct voice, yet it’s the space between them that truly sings—where rhythm bends, melody mutates, and unexpected textures take hold.

Together, they create performances that feel alive and unrepeatable, driven by trust, risk, and a shared instinct for listening as much as leading.

Doors open at 6:30pm, concert at 7pm.

Gongs & Bowls Meditation – February

Please join Elena & Khabu every first Monday of each month in a world of sounds that will embrace & surprise you. Doors open at 6:30 to settle in. We begin promptly at 7pm. Bring your own mat/cushions to recline. Chairs provided. Donations welcomed.

Elena and Khabu are seasoned musicians, improvisers and composers and have been making music together since 2009. Their approach to playing, and their natural curiosity, eventually brought them into the world of sounds that Khabu’s gongs and Elena’s crystal singing bowls create in a continuous exploration of intertwining vibrations and new atmospheres.

Sit back, relax, and let the music take you on a journey that will nourish your spirit and ease your mind.
