***FEATURING A UNIQUE REPERTOIRE EACH NIGHT***

Thanks to a Pathways To Jazz grant (Boulder County Arts Alliance) Lande, Young, and Williamson will record original compositions​ spanning the past five decades. Three master improvising composers​ with decades of playing history are together again giving concerts along the Front Range in preparation for a recording​ project of originals​. This​ trio of piano, guitar, and woodwinds​ blurs distinctions​ between chamber/orchestral, written/spontaneous, sublime/ridiculous, as well as any stylistic suggestions​ from Jazz, Blues​, Rock, 20th Century classical, and beyond. The underlying principle is the expansive spirit of freedom and adventure, allowing the stories of the moment to emerge and guide the musical ​journey.
